| [AZ] Do you get a Docsis 3.0 modem when you upgrade to Premium? Upgraded to premium many years ago but never had docsis 3.0 modem; so I have to believe that speed was affected by neighbors. Should I have expected COX to upgrade my modem?
I hear distortion on skype calls but never know if that is the Skype network or PCs/networks at each end.
The results below are pretty good but obviously could be affected since most folks are not online middle of the day. Bandwidth takes a hit at 230PM (usually).

no cox does not provide the modem for if you upgrade. |

Def need a D3 modem for premiere when the spped increases hit next week!
And as mentioned. Cox will not upgrade the modem for you. You must do that. |

speedtests are about 60/25 on average but i'm more interested in realworld speeds. with speeds this fast cox should dump powerboost so we can see what we're actually getting.
