I forgot one piece I use, along with others, Prevx. Their link says that they do all things, include act as an AV: Prevx 3.0 will detect, remove, and protect you from all forms of malicious threat - including Viruses, Spyware, Adware, Rootkits, Trojans, Worms, Keyloggers, Bots, and more... But again, this program is just one of a layer, not used alone.
