1 edit | I don't know what you mean by "loaded". That's the speedtest recommended by the AT&T CSR tech (speedtest.net). I've used 3 other speedtests (speakeasy.net frontier.com megapath.com) and they generally agree. The results are frequently subpar, as was the test with your comcast server:

P.S. I ran it a half-dozen more times using different locations and only twice was it more than 1Mbps download speed. Most results were subpar... |
