I must be one of fortunate few. I ordered the Arris 822G to replace a rented Arris 722 and received it in 2 days even with no special shipping requested. I followed the install instructions and no problems. If it matters, I do use Comcast(Xfinity). After reading all the complaints regarding this company I highly recommend you purchase with an American Express card as I did. American Express is wonderful resolving any issues!
