Re: [iPad] 128 GB iPad 4 incoming..... The 32 gig is enough for me on my grandfathered unlimited iPad 4 LTE. I stream everything and don't have any songs.
My iPad 3 wifi has 64 gigs. I use this in the home and traveling out of the country. I would store a couple of rented HDTV movies,a few video podcast,and pictures. I find that there is so much high speed Internet everywhere I travel I'm still streaming Netflix,Slingplayer,etc. in places like DFW,MIA,Admirals Club,Hong Kong,trains,or Galeão Airport in Rio.
I only have few songs in my IPhone.
I'm no where near 128 gig even on my main home computer.

I think I have a number of PDF docs that won't show up under Settings > General but still take up a fair amount of space on my iPad 3 WiFi. It only has about 1GB free and I usually have to free space to do an iOS upgrade.
If I were to upgrade to the 4th gen iPad I would likely go for the 32GB model.
I think that's kind of the point behind the 128GB model in that not everyone uses the iPad in the same way and people do have different needs. |
