On your site it says I get 15 MBpS DSL. But for Bell and Teksavvy I only get 5. I was wondering is there a reason for this? Could someone run my postal code through at starts place.

1. What site? 2. Maybe ask the ISP to whom you are posing the question to? 3. What wrong with you doing it or even calling?
The postal code popup on the services page just helps identify which region you're in to display the correct speeds/prices for that area. To check availability for a specific location please use the 'Lookup high speed availability' to the right.

If Bell's website says that you can only get 5Mbps than that's likely all you can get, although the best way if you want to confirm the speed is to call Bell directly at 310-BELL(2355) and ask them.
