New Connection - Speed seems slow - Verizon Online DSL

Freakx45 join:2001-09-01 Everywhere	New Connection - Speed seems slow I recently signed up for the 3Mb/768kbps package and was just turned up today but the speed seems slow. I had DSL at my old location and was able to get the full 3Mb running a Westell Modem. I received a Actiontec and not sure if this is causing the issue. Seems like it can't connect at the full 3Mb from the CO. Are my stats that bad that i can't get full speed? Demonfang i don't work for verizon, but wish i did join:2011-04-21 Spring Mills, PA kudos:1	someone didn't set the provisioning correctly, and you're at 1.5, not 3. your stats indicate you can get 3 just fine, and i would say you might be good for at least 10Mbps. i would say to call verizon, go to billing, and tell them to set your speed higher. if regular department says you can't get 3, call 1-866-376-3216, press 0, and wait. if you still cannot reach someone, pm tim_k , and ask him to fix your provisioning.
