Thanks very much, I just called support, as well as emailed them "cut-n-pasted" the main info from here ..., and also let them know that you asked me to mention to them(support) to verify my profiles (with cogeco ?)

Thanks again, for fast reply, I really want to stay with "Start Comm" here (in Windsor) - you guys remind me of Teksavvy when we lived in Ottawa..., they were good too.
-But just don't ask me what I think of the "Big 3" ? uggh!
