[Internet] Tech Support Please

SpoonyForky posted : I have Bell Fibe TV and internet and home phone.
Homephone, and TV services are flawless.

1 Modem/Router
Name:	Bell Connection Hub
MAC Address:	2c:e4:12:98:a0:99
Firmware Version:	FAST2864_v6740S
Rescue Version:	FAST2864_v7740S
Hardware Version:	2864-000000-002

This router has 3 regular wireless connections, a desktop, a laptop, and a tablet. There are other wireless connections that come and go, not many. It also has 2 ethernet connections for 2 computers and has one bell tv receiver hooked up through coax/hpna.

My problem lies with my internet signal.
About 15 minutes or half an hour after the start up of my computer I can't seem to surf using internet explorer, chrome or opera. I even have trouble accessing my router page @ 192.168.2.1 when it is normally accessible. However, I've noticed my bittorrent program has no problem or even slow downs. It is on a limited upstream and down stream @ 1000kbs (total) and I'm paying for 15/10 service.

This happens on all computers, regardless of connection type. However, on my when this happens I will use my phone to connect to the network and I can than view my modem config page and see that it's says all is fine. Even though on my computer it says I can't find that page.

All of the lights on the modem are acting as if nothing is wrong either. My TV signal is working great, except the apps wont load sometimes.

My first call in to Bell this morning lead the tech support to believe my authenticaion was failing and we reset my password. 40 minutes later, same thing. Called in, restarted the modem and the computer again and everything seems to work as normal. About sometime goes by, maybe 15 minutes or so, and pages stop loading. Bit torrent is still going, can't get into steam, skype is good. So I restart my computer and I start to surf again.

I'm writing this, and hopefully am able to post it. Does anyone know why I would have to be restarting my computer every little bit just so I can surf webpages? I'm thinking it could be my Lan port on the motherboard since I've tried using a different ethernet cord. But that wouldn't explain why the other computers can't surf either.
