Also for financial and performance reasons I may want to downgrade my plans to slower speeds but keep unlimited access, but I fear that there may be some issues as I'm using a third party reseller that is MiFi telecom and communicating with them is really hard since they are a Markham group.
No idea if I must do the 'cancellation' with them and set it back up directly with Teksavvy, because if so, does that mean I also have to deal with Rogers and as usual, they may prefer to 'cancel' and force me to wait 2 weeks to re-install it?
Well performance wise, it doesn't help when you have a brother who does DJ with your internet connection that you pay every month, and kills the internet with his constant uploading and streams.
Also, does anyone even bother figuring out what's causing all these DHCP issues and how they can get at improving it so it doesn't occur often enough?
