| back to courts as 6 strikes disintegrates into the history books.. we all knew that it would fail (to disconnect customers) as these outside stake holders do not have legal authority to make companies to anything they do not want to do (or is not in their best financial interest).
the Achilles heel is and will probably always be about whether these copyright scum would compensate the ISPs (in essence bribe) them to disconnect consumers and stop taking their money. |
