@ 1:30 pm, speed was down to 33 Mbps, now at 4:00 it's down to 9 Mbps. Verizon has a problem, and they're too stupid to realize it. if you try to call, you'll be on hold for 30 minutes because "We are experiencing an unusually high volume of calls right now." Yeah, they have been for at least 5 days, and still don't have a clue.
