So far so good with the symptoms. Probably another two or three days before they completely subside.

I visited my family doctor yesterday afternoon. No more sulfas of any kind for me!

I had a nice ride in an ambulance, an IV, a pill, and 4 hours of observation in emergency, and now I'm back home. The doc said it might be 2 or 3 days before the symptoms subside.

But all is good! The main nuisance is having an itchy, itchy face. :D

I seem to be allergic to the drug my doctor has me trying out. I just spent the last two days looking like a bright red tomato.

Thanks to our provincial government's free health link phone-in service and regular doses of benadryl, I'm coping. But I'll be glad to get home and see the doctor.
