Re: What to expect on a 50 year old house A good house inspector will have all the tools needed and will also take pictures of what is wrong. You don't want one that just looks around and doesn't actually inspect things. Sometimes they don't even do simple things like flushing the toilets, testing light switches. The last thing you want to do is move into a house the has a light switch on the main floor turn on a light in the attic or every time you use the tap you get water hammer. |
