eeeaddict join:2010-02-14	youtube slow in evenings? after following the teksavvy thread it seems many people still have youtube issues in the evening, I'm not on teksavvy but do first of all what should one do if the problem is NOT congestion? (I'm downloading at 3MBPS right now so its not congestion on my end for sure) what is a way around this?

hm @videotron.ca	Are you with a teksavvy reseller, or with Rogers? I am only seeing this so far with teksavvy users (and the resellers of teksavvy one could conclude).
