Internet Slow in Columbus at night?

mdpeterman posted : I typically use the Internet most during the day or late at night (after 11:30pm) but I am noticing the Internet is extremely slow right now. Can't stream content to my Apple TV or Vudu. YouTube is also loading at about 1/2 playback speed. I'm on the 10/768 package and typically get close. Right now I am getting between .6-2.75mbps down and about .5-.63 up. Ping times are higher than usual too at about 125-150ms. Anyone else in the Columbus experience this?
Thanks!
