<description><![CDATA[dillyhammer posted : FWIW, Cogeco has been upgrading their infrastructure recently. Channel bonding on the upload is becoming far more prevalent. Upload speeds greater than 2mbps are in the works.<br><br>If Cogeco intends to compete with Bell (or anyone else for that matter), an unlimited option has to happen. So they've tacked on these insane charges with obscene markup onto their internet services to prevent people from ditching their legacy cable tv services. Its not that they're not reciprocating, its just that the network may not be ready for it, as its congested enough as is.]]></description>
