So far in the past 24 hours, BT disconnected once, right at the moment of an incoming call. And the phone went on mute, so the caller could not hear me either. |

kudos:3 | Call Boost and see what your options are. You may be able to exchange it where Boost service/phones are sold. I bought mine in Best Buy. Or, they may send you a new phone. It doesn't hurt to call and find out. But do it soon, while it's still new. |

I guess it can't hurt. Phone goes through periods of good behavior, causing me to put it off again though. |
