Outage in Kingston East?

Just went home for lunch and my modem was doing the reconnection dance. Any news or info on the Start side? Or is anyone else in Kingston having trouble?

Did you hard reset the modem? Call support if you did that already.

Not aware of any issues at this time, best to call in if a factory reset doesn't do the trick.

I guess they were just working on the node. Got home and everything was up. Now, if only my Netflix access wasn't broken by the new AppleTV update.

So, the modem is back up, but I couldn't help but notice that I am only on 3 channels out of 4 on the return path, is this indicative of a problem?

Modem has been stuck in a registering loop for an hour now. Tried power cycling and a factory reset with no joy. Anyone got any other ideas.

Man I hate being the problem child...

Maybe an RF issue can you post your stats or give us a call? Thanks.

Swapped cables, looks like it lowered the forward path power a bit. But still missing a channel on the return path...

So... should I call in? Or are these normal values...

Cogeco is only starting to play with channel bonding on the upstream, 3 could be very normal for your area. If you're having problems on the other hand you should call in, but if you're not having problems and just wondering about the stats, 3 could be perfectly normal for your node - all depends what they need there.

No problems that I've noticed. You guys run a tight ship rocca!

Interestingly enough it's now gone to:
