Need help with Fioptics. 2 issues

The first issue is the disconnecting constantly of the wireless network. I am having the issues on my desktop computer in the bedroom always disconnecting every time I turn it on, I have to use the troubleshooting and it resets my wireless adapter and then I am good to go untill it disconnects again. I am having the same disconnecting issue on my iPhone 5, it stays connected if I am not streaming or browsing the internet but when I do try to do that it disconnects and reconnects. So annyoing! The zyxel router that comes with fioptics is all factory settings. And on both devices they both have full wireless range.

The second issue is when I am trying to watch the same channel in two different rooms there is a delay in audio on one of the boxes and it is driving everyone nuts!

Any ideas on how to resolve these issues? Thanks anyone! Also I am in the Blue Ash Cincinnati area.
