According to their FAQ, they are not supporting roaming yet. I guess they have figure out how to integrate with the CableWiFi consortium. For Connecticut at least, it would allow movement between Cox territory and Cablevision territory. Cablevision though has a heck of a lot more hotspots installed than just about any other carrier, and with a smaller service area. -- I support the right to keep and arm bears.
CableWifi uses a company called NNU.com You can see on their page that they proudly promote those brands as customers and TWC has been with them for years.
