Newport Beach, CA | Cisco 504G - Fix it or trash it? After about 10 months of extremely light use my 504G started random rebooting. Now none of the line keys turn green or work even thogh callc is registered on line 4. When I attempt to register BV on line 1 it will fill up the line key display with my BV account number and lock-up. I have performed several factory resets and FW up/downgrades
Since this phone is out of warranty I do have an extended service option which would replace if necessary.
Even though this phone has a good look touch and feel it also appears to need steady diet of firmware updates and has been referred to as "problematic" on other forums.
So should I keep messing with this phone?
Any other 2+ line phones worth checking out and where do i get one? |
