[speed/latency] Serious Slow Down During Evening Hours

anon posted : I have Verizon DSL 1.5M Dn/300K Up, usually see 1.2M Dn/300K Up, however for the past few weeks every weekday evening and weekends all day, I am barely getting 200K Dn/200K Up. Off hours seems to be just fine. I have little doubt that it is a overloaded point somewhere. Looks like previous posts were able to get some help with this. I called support and they want to check filter/splitters/modem settings, all of which last time I checked are not related to time of day. Any help would be much appreciated.
