Thanks not how bandwidth works.

You have a 16 megaBIT connection, which doesnt translate to having 16 megaBYTES/sec speeds.

700-1.0 megaBYTES/sec is average for Fibe 16. I am on Fibe 25 and I range from 1.5 - 2.5.
