| [TWC] TWCNY in downtown NYC My connection has been great for the last few years with the occasional outage. But the last several days my connection has been very unstable. It's very laggy with some pages extremely slow to load. Watching youtube/hulu vids it constantly needs to rebuffer and be restarted.
If I run a speed test the throughput graph shows it's often starting and stopping. Is this part of some maintenance or something that's going on, or should I be worried I have a long term overloaded node problem.
Anybody else from downtown manhattan having issues? |
