Does gemstelecom have new promotion for this year (2013) ?

I got 39.99cad promotion plan for 8/1 cable last year and my contract will be finished on next month.

I hope 20/2 unlimeted plan for 49.99 or 30/3 for 59.99.

xinflix and acanac can give me this price and speed, do I need to switch ?
