so now we know why there is so many potholes....and insurance claims....surely not all the cities in canada are practicing the same..how many private driveways might have been paved?
The thing I don't get....these guys KNEW that the vehicles had GPS on board. Likely they investigated when they saw the crews outside of their work area.
