Oceanic does offer a 5Mbps upload speed on the premier tiers of 30Mbps and 50Mbps. 2Mbps is decent enough upload, but its not worth 20.00 more a month, so I downgraded to the 10Mbps/1Mbps service.
The additional channel capacity allows higher speeds, less congestion, and the ability to balance service to every in the network.
