| Yeah, I think I need to upgrade my modem then. I'm not seeing that speed on any test I try. I'm using the SB6120. Thing is it says max for this modem is 150Mbps down, but I'm not even seeing that. |

Yes you need to upgrade to a 8x4 D3 modem, if your on premier or above tier. As having as many downstream channel's available is key, to keep your speed's more steady, and to have more available bandwidth at all times. |

| A 4x4 Docsis 3 modem is fine for the 50mb tier but it's pushing it with the 150mb tier. |
