You might try a 30-30-30 reset. If it still won't let you in, the router may be useless. If you really want to exhaust your options you could try scanning it for open ports.
I don't think that model has a recovery/tftp mode, but I could be wrong. It may also have some kind of jtag or serial connector on the board that you could attempt to connect to. -- db
