Re: [ALL] Cox Annual Speed Upgrade I don't know what they're doing if you exceed the cap but I'm hoping we see an increase shortly. It's ridiculous to triple the speeds on ultimate and leave the cap at 400Gb. I would think a lot more people are going to exceed that now. |

I have yet to go over my cap, but I have said it on here before. If I ever do go over and cox starts being an ass about it. I will let them know how i feel about the matter. I fully understand enforcing the caps when a customer starts affecting other's in there area. But to just harass a customer for going over the cap limit, is just unacceptable to me from any company. |
