Re: [INTERNET] New Bandwidth Limits FWIW, Cogeco has been upgrading their infrastructure recently. Channel bonding on the upload is becoming far more prevalent. Upload speeds greater than 2mbps are in the works.
If Cogeco intends to compete with Bell (or anyone else for that matter), an unlimited option has to happen. It may be costly ($30 is nuts IMHO) though.
