[TWC] TWC Business Class NYC

For the last two weeks our internet drops every afternoon between 3-4 p.m. We are running 50/5 on TWC business class modem. Static IP. it takes several resets to get back online. a tech came out to our location and replace the cable modem since he was seeing intermittent packet loss. But the very next day it happened again. When we called support back they tell us nothing is wrong. Sometimes the internet just lags to a halt and speed tests do not even finish. What could be going on?

How long is it out. Does it just stop? Do the lights on the modem change?

Post a screenshot of your modem's signal strenghts

192.168.0.1 should have them. If that doesn't do anything try 192.168.100.1.

On a internal computer, open two command prompts.

ping -t (router IP)

ping -t (static gateway)

Post results when it dumps.

Does the modem stay sync'd but you cannot surf?
