anon posted : For the last two weeks our internet drops every afternoon between 3-4 p.m. We are running 50/5 on TWC business class modem. Static IP. it takes several resets to get back online. a tech came out to our location and replace the cable modem since he was seeing intermittent packet loss. But the very next day it happened again. When we called support back they tell us nothing is wrong. Sometimes the internet just lags to a halt and speed tests do not even finish. What could be going on?
