Have some hiccups as well for my install of home phone last monday. Bell would activate my home phone remotely from 8:00AM till midnight. But till past midnight, it was not activated. Andre / Elisabeth arranged for a technician to come after a day to check for no dial tone. the bell technician found out that my line with bell is not connected and it was not connected in a box in the community. It was rectified.

the only thing, is that in the website, if you order online, after chosing what city, you would be provided with a list of numbers to chose from and beside that number is a buy button. Just beware, that chosen number would not be given to you. Bell would assign whatever number is available. My suggestion, just provide a list of available numbers and just one buy button on top or at the bottom of the list.
