Everytime I call them at night to get tech support or whatever it goes somewhere like China or Singapore (obvious accents) and they use made up names like Susie or Thomas, and read from scripts. Once the script doesnt work all they ever do is schedule a tech appointment. I will say at least I dont ever have an outage very often which is good.
I would use TWC internet, if they could get it to work here at my house. Once TWC took over from Comcast my internet went out and never came back on. No one could ever figure out why either, so AT&T got that part of my business. |
