^ I specifically asked if he was talking about 50 and not 25 and he clarified it was 25. I assume he was confused / had only half the info like the previous rep did but who knows.
With how scattered the info is there are going to be some upset people who recently signed up / renewed with Telus when their cap isn't what they thought it was going to be.
