<description><![CDATA[W411 posted : Still no status update ability on the Acanac phone number that is supposed to be used by customers for support.  If you can update the auto attendant to let your customers know that due to expected wait times of over one hour no more calls can be added to the queue, I would have to assume you could also add a small explanation that might be useful to the customers that can't get through (ie. "we are experiencing outages in the Windsor area and are currently addressing the issue")?  <br><br>Maybe other Acanac cable customers can let me know if they are experiencing the same.
