I've checked with Bell and Teksavvy, and they both offer 25Mbps/10Mbps DSL to my apartment, but when I check online with Electronicbox, I can only get up to 15Mbps. Is this an error with their availability checker or is it possible Electronicbox cannot offer me 25Mbps while Bell and Teksavvy can?
As long as Bell confirms you that "up to 25/10" is available to your appartment, it means any TPIA can offer it. Juste make sure it's not FTTH they offer in your building..
