Ever since I swapped out TWC's modem with my own my connection doesn't seem as reliable as it used to be. It went down a lot initially and then seemed more stable for a while (would go down every week or two). This past weekend it went down three times and tonight it went down again. Each outage would be for a few minutes before coming back up. Do my signals/logs look okay? Any idea what could cause this? Modem is a Motorola SB6141, if that helps.
twc is doing something weird with the network. If you look at the Network Status page they are systemically going to every southern california city and doing some type of maintenance. Rumor is they are about to increase speeds again at least for the ultimate tier.
