Re: Charter Channels Down Middleton WI Same here since Jan 29 Madison, WI east side 53704. I have an analog tv and no cable box but was assured by Charter via phone that there is an issue in the Madison area but who knows? It's been days now. I have a number of channels missing.

| Not at home right now so I can't look it up . I believe it was on last months bill that they said they were moving a bunch of channels from expanded to encrypted digital . And of course this months bill says that the price of expanded basic is going up ! |
