well the guy is it seems tiring to run a legal service. Mistakes will happen and if you're dumb enough to trust any locker or cloud service %100 you're crazy.
Right now that site is being watched like a hawk and you know the copyright trolls are uploading stuff themselves to bust them on. I'd guess as time goes on it will become better.
