Windstream posted : Send me a PM with your phone number please. I would like to take a look at the issue. Depending on what type of equipment you are on it could be a simple provisioning issue.

Aaron
Specialist II
--
We're here to help! wci.broadbandhelp@windstream.com

anon posted : I have had local Windstream TECHs here twice in the last few months. Windtream CONFIRMS my DSL is dropping out every few minutes. One time I called mid-morning and they said it had already dropped 70 times since I turned my PC on at 5 AM.

The TECHs always keep looking for a problem in my wiring, other phones, line filters, etc... They replaced the modem/router with a Sagemcom 1704, brand new. I have removed all other phone lines, except for one going directly to the Modem. It still drops.

What must I do to keep them from blaming the drops on my equipment? There is nothing wrong on my end! Windstream has a problem outside of my house that they should fix. I'm paying a high monthly rate for service that is very frustrating and frequently keeps me from paying bills or communicating with my workplace. I wish I had another choice, but Windstream is the only game in town where I live. I'd like to get this resolved.
