| [Other] Price jump in DC Did anyone else just get hit with a huge price increase and no notice? My monthly just jumped over $30. I can get more services for cheaper with a new bundle online, but when I called not only would they not honor those prices, they told me my price would go even higher if I downgrade my services from Mach 50 to 25. That's insane! After over seven years with RCN, it looks like I may finally need to find another provider. |

Silver Spring, MD | Believe me, I understand. My family has the bundle of three (cable, internet and phone), but the prices have only gone up. I am seriously thinking about looking at Verizon FIOS, based on a friend's recommendation. Don't get me wrong - RCN has been nice, but the pricing is no longer competitive for long-time customers. |
