Re: I have an interview!

Among the fact that I have always worked in restarunt kitchens and no experince with anything else. Being "old" was another worry for me. I was (am) afraid that no one would want to hire and train an "older" person over a younger.
But now I have hope realize this has been wrong of me. If anything, it gave me better courage to keep trying!

I know what you are saying, it's the same for me. Why would anyone want tired ass old me? But that's the thing, we have value, I am starting to learn that.

They will be glad to have you, you WANT to work, you're less likely to complain about petty things, you'll be willing to learn.

This will be good for you.

I work short shifts up to 7 hours, but after doing it, I feel so good, I feel like I have purpose. Sure, I dread it when I go in, but by the time I go home (that can take ~hours~), I feel good.

I'm also on a diet of sorts (I eat salad for my late lunches now), and eat lighter at dinner time.

God bless you, kat, you're in for an enriching experience.
