I'm currently paying $14 extra a month for the 20.0 upgrade. My monthly bill (20.0 + TV/DVR, HD Package) is nearing $150 a month. About 2 years ago, I was paying $105-$110ish a month.
Have been toying with canceling TV as a whole, as it make people in the house lazy.
