I've had slow speeds for months now. I've had a tech out here to check things at least 6 times since last summer. They replaced my modem twice, the current one is a docsis 3 modem even though I only have 20 Mbps service and still it is slow. I don't know if this will work but I am pasting the speedtest.net page of all my tests since they replaced my modem this last time back in Novemeber. Hope it works for all to see. My slowest download speed was 2.88 Mbps. I'm getting very frustrated and starting to wonder what other options i might have.
