Other servers in NY and NJ are fine. It's just this particular clans servers in NY that I am pinging high to. They keep pointing the finger at my isp but I know it isn't my isp's fault.
Is it possible for my isp to be at fault when other servers are fine or is this on the end of the hosts isp?
