So I im'd VZ_Support directly since they aren't responding to my thread in the Verizon Direct section since a week. I explained to the the widespread issues a lot of us are experiencing, linked them to my thread in the Verizon Direct section and this thread.
I will let everyone know if I receive a response.

I'm also working to get a response out of Verizon for this. It's been iffy since the summer, but ultimately since Sandy hit. It's been quite bad since the Holidays.
