What network are you referring to? From what has been deduced it is not an issue with the game server host or it's isp. It seems to be affecting all servers other than just the one after closely observing my ping to different server. If you are referring to Alter.net then they are in direct relation to Verion Fios, even whois for Alter.net lists Verizon Business as the contact.
